INSTRUCTIONS FOR TITHING TO PAMBC

RECOMMENDED – TITHING VIA TEXTING:

  1. Text to: 73256
  2. In the message box, type PAMBC, send.
  3. You will see “You’re almost there. Click the link https://ac.st/aAjv2 to complete your gift to Park Avenue Missionary Baptist Church.”
  4. You can then enter your payment information. You can also designate where you want your contribution to go, by clicking the Tithes & Offering button.  You will then get a drop-down menu of other contribution options, i.e. Sunday School, Mission, Benevolence, etc.
  5. When done, Click GIVE at the bottom of the page.

TITHING USING THE CHURCH WEBSITE:

  1. GO THE CHURCH WEBSITE: parkavembc.org
  2. At the top of the page you will see Donate. Click
  3. At the bottom of the next page, it will say “Click Here to Donate.”
  4. Follow the screen instructions.
  5. If Tithing through PAMBC Donation platform, your only contribution option is Tithes & Offering.  (Note: We are working on extending contribution options: Sunday School, Mission, Benevolence, etc.)
  6. Upon completion you will receive an email receipt.

Tithing Is More Than Giving

The word “tithe” literally means tenth or 10%. Tithing, or giving ten percent of your income, isn’t merely giving something to God. It’s giving back what was his to begin with. All that we have, or hope to have, comes from him. The Bible says that tithing is a reminder that God is the supplier of everything. It teaches us to always put God first in our lives.
