Primary function is to oversee all activities of the main church office as well as providing supervisory oversight to support staff including Secretaries, Receptionists and other clerical staff.
The church treasurer holds an office of vital importance to the success of the local church ministry. The treasurer represents the church in an official capacity within the church body and outside the church body (e.g., banks, vendors, etc.)
Supports the ministries of church, assist in drafting correspondence, preparing programs for services, making announcements, and other administrative duties as needed.
Chairman of Trustee Board
Provide leadership and direction to the trustees of the church. enable the trustees to fulfill their responsibilities for its overall governance and strategic direction.
Receives, record and deposit all funds taken into the church treasury, and forward information to the Church Treasurer for use in support of the mission and ministry of the congregation. Also keeps financial record for member tithing and financial and administrative information of the church.
Is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. He monitors the church alarm system, sound and engineering, and security features for the church establishment.
Responsible for the landscaping of the church as well as interior upkeep of the establishment.
